Bulga is the birth place of Ethiopian Saints, Patriots, Writers & Artists. Bulga (Amharic: ቡልጋ) is a historical region in the central part of Shewa Ethiopia. Germama River flows between Bulga & Minjar Amhara Administrative regions. Hagere Mariamna Kesem, Asagirt, & Berehet are parts of Bulga. Bulga’s Contribution in defending, Modernising & Educating Ethiopia is Huge. Despite Bulga’s huge contribution in defending & shaping ancient Ethiopia today there are no visible development activities in the area. St Kirstos Samra (ክርስቶስ ሰምራ) & St Tekelehaymanot (ተክለሃይማኖት) are some of the renowned revered Saints by all Christians around the World.
The Spiritual & Humanist Kirstos Samra wants peace to prevail in the Universe & tried to harmonise the relationship between God & the Devil. She asked God to make peace with the Devil. Even though God knows the devil’s intentions he allowed her to try it & sent Saint Michael to guard her. When God revealed the Devils realm for Kristos Samra she called the Devil. The Devil then asked “Who is calling me”? She replayed ” I am Kirstos Samra. God has forgiven you please close down the hell and let us live peacefully”. Immediately the Devil pulled & thrown Kirstos Samra to hell.
Arch Angel, St Michael then went into the Hell and rescued her by storming the Devil’s realm. Kirstos Samra came back gloriously with many wings from hell. She has also taken out millions of suffering human Souls with her blessed wings. Then Kirstos Samra realised why the Devil is not willing to accept God & to stop doing bad things against all human & other creatures. Bulga is one of the oldest Christian Land in the World & historically been inhabited by Christians since the Birth of Jusus. When Amharas abandond axum and migrated from the North to the South Bulga become one of the centres of Ethiopia. After the decline of Axum the widely revered St Kirstos Semra in previous Fetegar region, at Qidusge Distrioct in Bulga. According to Megabi Gebrehana Kirstos Semra was born around 1130 A.D. After the invasion of the Islamist Ottoman led Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi in the 16th century the Oromos migrated to Bulga, occupied vast areas in Shewa and settled there as newcomers by displaced the indigenous Amhara people.
Meridazmach Amha Iyasus had reconquered and freed Bulga from the Kereyu Oromos in the mid 18th century and re-incorporated with the rest of the historical Amhara regions of Shewa along with Merhabete, Angolala, Tegulet & other areas. In the 20th century, Emperor Haile Selassie had incorporated Bulga with its historical region of Tegulet and reunited the woreda to Awreaja level known as Tegulet ena Bulga. In 1993, the Weyane (EPDRF) divisive regime divided Tegulet ena Bulga Awuraja into various segmented small Weredas.

ቡልጋ በአማራ ክልል ሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን ውስጥ የሚገኝ ወረዳ ሲሆን የመሬቱ ከፍታ ከባህር ውለል በላይ ቆላ ደጋና ወይና ደጋ ነው። የወረዳው አስተዳደር የሀገረ ማርያም ከሰም ወረዳ ሲባል ሀገረ ማርያም ( ሾላ ገበያ ) የሚባለው ከተማ ላይ ይገኛል። በወረዳው ውስጥ የ ዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ምሽግና የመሳሪያ ግምጃ ቤት የነበረችው ኮረማሽ የምትገኝበት ሲሆን እንዲሁም የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ሃይማኖት ተከታዮች እንደሚያውቁት ቡልጋ ብዙ የተቀደሱ ኢትዮጵያኖች የተወለዱባት አገር ነች። አብዛኛው የቡልጋ ህዝብ በግብርና ወይም በእርሰሻ ሥራ ላይ የተሰማራና ትርፍ እህል አምራች ንዉ፡፡ የታወቁ የቡልጋ ተወላጆች አቡነ ተክለሃ ይማኖት – እቲሳ ደብረ ጽላልሽ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ዕጨጌ ቅድስት ክርስቶስ ሰምራ – ሰይጣንን ከእግዚአብሄር ጋር ለማሰታረቅና በአለም ላይ ሰላም እንዲሰፍን የጣረች እና በመልአኩ ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ዕርዳታ ብዙ ሺህ ነፍሳትን ከሲዖል ያወጣች …… ቅዱስጌ በተባለ ቦታ የተወለደች ደጃዝማች ኪዳኔ ወልደመድኅን (አርበኛ) ወልደ ጊዮርጊስ ወልደ ዮሐን (ፀሐፌ ትዕዛዝ ) አክሊሉ ሀብተወልድ ( ፀሐፌ ትዕዛዝ ) ለማ ገብረ ሕይወት ኮረማሽ ልዩ ስሙ ሰንበሌጥ ማርያም፣ ታዋቂ ድምፃዊ ማኅተመ ሥላሴ ወልደ መስቀል (ብላቴን ጌታ) ተክለጻድቅ መኩርያ የታሪክ ምሑርና ዲፕሎማት ጌታቸው በቀለ ቅንበቢት የኢ.ን.ነ.መ. ሚኒስቴር አምባሳዶርና ፋኖ አስማረ ዳኘን አፍርታለች፡ ስለ ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ገድል ተጨማሪ መረጃ የምትፈልጉ ወገኖች ከዚህ በታች ያለዉን መገናኛ ይጠቁሙ https://www.iwooket.org/
ገድለ ቅድስት ክርስቶስ ሰምራ
እናታችን ቅድስት ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ከሷ በፊት ያሉ ቅዱሳን ያልጠየቁትን ጌታችን እየሱስ ክርስቶስ እና ሰይጣን እንዲታረቁ የጠየቀች ልዩ ቅድስት እናት ነች።
እናታችን ክርስቶስ ሰምራ በዐፄ ገብረ መስቀል ዘመነ መንግሥት(ከ1181 እስከ 1221ዓ.ም.) የነበረች፣ በሸዋ ቡልጋ ስሙ ቅዱስጌ የተባለ ቦታ ልዩ ስሙ ጥጥ ምድር አከባቢ የተወለደች ኢትየጵያዊት ጻድቅ ናት።
ቅድስት ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ሥጋዋን በጾም በረኃብ ትፈትናለች፤ በጣና ሐይቅ ውስጥ ሰውነቷ ተበሳስቶ የባህር ዓሣ መመላለሻ እስከሚሆን ድረስ እንደተተከለ አምድ ሆና ሳትወጣ በባህር ውስጥ 12ት አመት ቆማ ጸለየች፤ ዳግመኛም ከእንግዲህ እግዚአብሔር ይቅር እስኪለኝ ድረስ ከጉድጓድ አልወጣም ብላ እንደ አቡነ ተክለሐይማኖት ሁሉ በቁመቷ ልክ ጉድጓድ አስቆፈረች በውስጡም 3ት የተሳሉ ጦሮች በፊቷ 3ት በኋለዋ 3 በቀኝ ጐኗ 3 በግራ ጐኗ ተከለች፤ እጇንም የኋሊት አስራ ስለ ዓለም ህዝብ ሁሉ ይልቁንም ለኢትዮጵያ ሰዎች አጥብቃ ትጸለልይ ጀመር፡፡ በምትሰግድበት ጊዜም ወደፊት ስትል ደረቷን ወደኋላ ስትል ጀርባዋን ወደግራ ወደቀኝ ባለች ቁጥርም ጦሩ እየወጋት 12ት አመት ሁሉ መከራን ታገሰች፡፡
እንዲህ ባለ ተጋድሎ እያለች ጌታ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ወደእርሷ መጥቶ ወዳጄ ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ሆይ የልብሽን ሀሳብ ንገሪኝ ምን አደርግልሽ ዘንድ ትወጂያለሽ አላት፤ እርሷም የኃጥእን መመለሱን እንጂ ጥፋቱን አትወድምና ፈቃድህስ ቢሆን የአዳም ልጆች ከስቃይ ከኩነኔ ይድኑ ዘንድ ዲያቢሎስን ይቅር ትለው ትምረው ዘንድ እለምንሀለሁ፤ የምለምንህ ዲያቢሎስን ወድጄው አይደለም ነገር ግን እርሱ ምህረት ካገኘ የአዳም ልጆች ላይ ስቃይና ኩነኔ አይኖርምና ነው፡፡ ጌታም በመደነቅ እንዲህ ያለ ልመና ካንቺ አስቀድሞ ካንቺ በኋላም የለመነኝ (የሚለምነኝ) የለም አሁንም እሺ ካለሽ ሄደሽ አምጪው ብሎ ከቅዱስ ሚካኤል ጋር ላካት፡፡ በሲኦል አፍአ ቆማ በቀድሞ ስሙ ሳጥናኤል በማለት 3ት ጊዜ ጠራችው፤ ነግሼ ከምኖርበት አገር ማነው የሚጠራኝ፤ አንቺንስ በምድር ሁሉ ፈልጌ አጣሁሽ አሁን ግን እራስሽ መጣሽ ብሎ ክርስቶስ ሰምራን ወደሲኦል ጣላት ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ግን በሰይፉ ዲያቢሎስን ቀጥቶ ክርስቶስ ሰምራን ከሲኦል አወጣት ያንጊዜም በቅዱስ ሚካኤል ክንፍና በእናታችን ክንፈ ረድኤት ብዙ ነፍሳት ግንቦት 12 ቀን ከሲኦል ወጡ፡፡ ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ማንም ያለመነውንልመና ለምና ጌታ እስኪደነቅባት ድረስ ጥንተ ጠላታችንን ሰይጣንን ከጌታዋ ጋር ለማስታረቅ ለመነች፤ ጌታም እሺ ካለሽ ይሁንልሽ ሄደሽ አምጪው እስኪላት ድረስ ክብርና ሞገስ ተሰጣት፤ ሰይጣንን ከእግዚአብሔር ጋር ማስታረቅ ? ድንቅ ነው፡፡
ከዚህም በኋላ እናታችን ክርስቶስ ሰምራ የእረፍቷ ቀን በደረሰ ጊዜ እንደ አምድ ትኩል ሆና በጉድጓድ ውስጥ እየጸለየች ሳለ ነፍሷ ከሥጋዋ ተለየች፤ ይኸውም ነሀሴ 24 ነው፡፡ መነኮሳትም ይህንን ባዩ ጊዜ መሪር ልቅሶን አለቀሱላት፡፡ በዕለተ እረፍቷም 12 አክሊላትን ተቀዳጀች፡፡ ክርስቶስ ሰምራ በምድር የኖረችበት ዘመን 375 አመት ነው፡፡
ሰዐሊለነ ክርስቶስ ሰምራ ከመ ያድህነነ እመከራ ሥጋ ወ ነፍስ፡፡ የእናታችን የክርስቶስ ሰምራ ልመናዋ አማላጅነቷ ከእኛ ጋር ይኑር ለዘላለሙ አሜን፡፡
